ESUI LMS

1. How do I log in to ESUI LMS?

Use your assigned username and password to log in through the University’s LMS portal. If you have login issues, contact the ICT support team.

2. Where do I find my courses?

After logging in, your registered courses will appear on your dashboard. Click any course to view lectures and activities.

3. How do I join a live class on ESUI LMS?

Inside your course, look for the “Virtual Classroom / BigBlueButton” link and click Join Session.

4. Do I need to install any app for Virtual Classroom?

No. The virtual classroom app runs directly in your browser (Chrome is recommended). No installation is required.

5. Can I use my phone to attend classes?

Yes. The virtual classroom app works on most smartphones. However, using a laptop gives a better experience.

6. What internet speed do I need?

A stable 3–5 Mbps connection is recommended for smooth audio and video.

7. What if my audio or video is not working?

Ensure your browser settings then allowed microphone and camera access. You can also refresh the page or rejoin the session.

8. Are classes recorded?

Yes. If your lecturer enables recording, you can watch the lecture playback later in the course’s virtual classroom section.

9. How do I submit assignments on ESUI LMS?

Open the assignment link in your course, upload your file, and click Submit. Confirm that you see your submission status.

10. How do I take a quiz or write test?

Go to the course, click the quiz, and follow the instructions. Make sure you have good internet before starting.

11. Who do I contact for technical support?

Reach out to the University ICT or LMS Support Team through the helpdesk or support email.

12. Forgotten Password

Use Forgot Password link on login page Or contact ICT Support.

13. Unable to Join Virtual Classroom

• Check internet connection.
• Allow microphone access.
• Restart browser.

14. Assignment Upload Errors

• Compress the file.
• Make sure file type is allowed.

15. Quiz Not Opening

• Check quiz opening time.
• Contact lecturer if access is restricted.
